Thanks for your review Jenstar97. Your cutting words and rudeness have really touched me. Your baseless accusations and attacks on our business have awakened something in me. The way you have misrepresented the facts to pretend you did nothing wrong and instead lied to pretend to the world that your tardiness was not responsible for keeping the airport shuttle waiting, have sent my heart a flutter. Your late night drinking by the pool last night, your sleeping in through the alarm and disheveled appearance and hangover getting in the shuttle this morning have nothing to do with you missing your flight. It was instead the driver, the other passengers, our website booking form, and the dog that crossed the road. You have touched my core. 

I imagine in a previous life we could have been friends, or even lovers. I’ve been so touched by your profile pic and recent 1 star reviews of other businesses that I have reverse engineered the TripAdvisor algorithm and have been able to discover your true identity, Jenny. I love the hairdressers where you work and have made an appointment for 2pm tomorrow. Can you see Alan booked in at 2pm. I’ll be late but that shouldn’t matter. If you find this attention unwelcome then I apologise. I won't share my thoughts directly with you, but just leave a crap review on Jenny’s Hairdressers like you left on our business today. Then you can see what it feels like to have every drunk twit and popped up self proclaimed expert rate every little mistake or oversight by any employee in your business, allowing me to leave a permanent TripAdvisor dog stain on your business profile. It could have been so lovely. xx
